SEPAK Industries manufactures a hygienic, highly polished, stainless steel self-contained heating, and mixing tank for a pharmaceutical industry to achieve stable chemical reaction by using an integrated heating system and controlled mixing solution. The reaction tank pictured comes complete with integrated heating and mixing system, assembled on a stainless steel skid on wheels.
A hot water jacket surrounds the reaction chamber for this 250 Litres tank. Heating element automated by using a digital temperature controller that can be set to the desirable reaction temperature.

Mixing tank Project
Krohne Australia secured a project win for the gold and silver processing facility at the Morobe Mining Joint Venture (MMJV) operation, Hidden Valley Mine in Papua New Guinea. SBM China supplied flow, level, density, pressure and temperature instrumentation. So in the project, mixing tank help to process gold ore.
The Hidden Valley mine is located in Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea, around 300km north-west of Port Moresby, and is part of the 50:50 joint venture between Harmony and Newcrest Mining Limited. The mine, which has a significant gold and silver reserve, was commissioned during the year and had its first gold pour in June 2009.
A water circulation system ensures even temperature distribution. A Variable speed stirrer controlled by a digital VSD to adjust product-mixing speed. A whisk with standard blades gives high agitating efficiency for reaction.
