The whole Grinding plant system consists of main frame, classifier, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and electric switch box motor, etc.
After first crushed to required size by jaw crusher, the materials are then be elevated into hopper through which crushed materials are transported into the Grinding chamber evenly and continuously from vibrating feeder. In the Grinding chamber, materials will be further ground. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the Grinding. After Grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the Grinding chamber for reGrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
As of now, CGM Raymond mill has been widely used in Grinding the non-flammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Mohs hardness below 7, humidity less than 6%, such as gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble, feldspar, barite, dolomite, granite, kaolin, bentonite, bauxite, iron ore etc.
The raw materials to be ground by Raymond mill should be below scale 7 Mohs hardness. The fineness of finished product can be adjusted from 100 to 425 mesh (35micron) accorrock to requirements.
