Our belt conveyors are designed for transporting heavy abrasive material such as rock, mineral ore and gravel. The covers or these belts are made of extra-tough rubber with extremely high resistance to abrasion, shearing and impact. The fabric reinforcement is specially treated to ensure low elongation. The fully assembled head and tail components assure you of a trouble free operation from start up. A crowned tail pulley, coupled with a rubber coated head pulley, ensures excellent tracking and increases the belt life. Conveyor belts can be delivered in any configuration to meet specific user requirements, in strengths of up to 3150 N/mm.

The belt conveyor consists of standard parts. According to different technical requirement, the belt conveyors can be used singly or with other transferring equipment. The belt conveyors are usually used in temperature between -20℃and 40℃ and the temperature of the materials should below 50℃.
