Kaolin crushing process in the case of kaolin dressing process

In the case of dry dressing process, the mined kaolin ores in lumps are conveyed by belt conveyer to the primary kaolin crushing machine (such as jaw crusher) to reduce the largest lumps down to particles of 25.4mm in size. The crushed kaolin materials are then conveyed to the secondary kaolin crushers (such as impact crusher or cone crusher) to crusher the kaolin materials down to particles of 6.35mm in size. After each crushing process, the kaolin particles are conveyed to vibrating screen for separation. Fine kaolin particles of required size will moved to stockpile for subsequent grinding process, while large particles will return to kaolin crushers for further crushing.

The wet dressing process for kaolin generally includes clay ores crushing, pulp stirring, centrifugal machine separation, magnetic separation, concentration, leaching, and drying. In the case of wet dressing process, you will also need kaolin crushing machines for kaolin materials preparation.
