Detail Grinding Process of Clay

SBM manufactured clay grinding mills are generally composed of main unit, blower, fine powder classifier, bag filter, cyclone collectors, and pipes. We can also equip the grinding mill with optional accessories such as elevator, control cabinet, feeder, crusher etc.

Clay ores are crushed by jaw crusher to clay materials of required size. The crushed product is carried by bucket elevator to storage hopper, and then fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder into main grinding unit for clay grinding. The grinded powder is carried by the airflow produced by blower to the classifier for separation. The fine particles of required size enter the cyclone collector through pipe, while the large particles drop back to the grinding unit for regrinding. The final powder is discharged at the discharging valve.
