In this small crushing plant, hopper is firstly installed and used before materials being sent to vibrating feeder. Then through jaw crusher’s primary crushing and cone crusher’s secondary and tertiary crushing, crushed materials will be screened into different products through vibrating screen.
Since the whole crushing plant is designed for small capacity, here we have chosen small jaw crusher and small cone crusher for minerals’ crushing. Especially we have chosen small cone crusher instead of small impact crusher since the raw materials are kind of hard rock and we need cone crusher to obtain better crushing effect.
