Since its raw materials are of medium hardness and the crushing capacity is not very high, SBM recommends you the two stage crushing process.
In the 150-200 TPH medium hard rock crushing plant, one jaw crusher is used as primary crusher and impact crusher is used as secondary crusher. A vibrating feeder is provided to send raw materials into jaw crusher, and a vibrating screen is added after impact crusher for product selection. We also supply a complete conveyor system channel and angle type construction for materials transport.
