Tin ores dressing technology
For the density of tin stone is high than associated ores. So the traditional tin ores dressing technology is gravity separation. As the time goes by, the tin particle size in the selected ores will be finer and finer. So the tin flotation technology comes out. In addition, there are all kinds of ferric oxide minerals in tin ores, such as magnetite, hematite and limonite. These minerals can not be separated from the tin ores by flotation and gravity separation. So in recent years, the magnetic separation is used in tin ores dressing technology.
Flotation-gravity separation technology, its flow is that: the raw ores will be crushed into 20mm. For a stage of closed circuit grinding, the grains in 0.074mm(200mesh) should be 60%~65%. The bulk flotation is one coarse flotation two scavenging and one fine flotation. For copper sulfur separation, the grains in 0,074mm should be 95%. By one coarse flotation two scavenging and third fine flotation, the copper concentrate and sulphur concentrate can be got. The tailings in bulk flotation will come through re-flotation and the sulfide will come through the gravity flotation again. By one and two stage bed choosing, one re-washing, mud choosing, the tin coarse concentrates also come through desulfurazation flotation. At last, the fine tin concentrates and medium tin concentrates can be got.
Tin ores dressing equipment
The equipments are industrial concentration equipments which are used for tin ore dressing. The tin ores dressing production line consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, tin ore dressing device, classifier, magnetic separation, flotation machine, thickener and dryer. If the line is equipped with ore feeder, elevator and conveyor, a whole dressing line can be formed. The tin ores dressing production line features high efficiency, low energy consumption, high throughput and reasonable economy.
Tin ores crushing and screening process
In the tin ores crushing and screening production line, the mined ores will come through primary crushing by jaw crusher until the ores reach a reasonable fineness. Then the ores are sent to ball mill by elevator and feeder uniformly. The ball mill will crush and grind the ores. Then the fine ores go for the next process: gradation. With the principle that the solid particles with different specific gravity will have different sedimentary speeds in the liquid, spiral classifier can wash the ore mixture and do gradation. The clean and graded ores come into the magnetic separation. For the different specific susceptibility of the minerals, the magnetic materials in the mixture will be separated by magnetic force and mechanical force.
After the prefractionation by magnetic separation, the ore grains are sent to flotation machine. According to different mineral properties, different drugs are added to separate the needed ores from other materials. When the needed ores are separated out with high moisture content, the ores should be preliminary enrichment by thickener, then be dried by dryer and the dry minerals can be got.
